paper republic is one of the world’s fastest growing brand of premium notebooks and leather accessories. We design, produce and ship our notebooks directly to 300.000 customers worldwide through our own ecommerce website. We are a dynamic international team with over 140 people with more than 35 nationalities who like to develop and implement ideas together. Based in the heart of the 9th district in Vienna, paper republic HQ spreads over 1000sqm, bringing together production, warehouse, office and shop in the first district, making it a unique, fun and beautiful place to work.
Now we are searching for a Junior Sales & Projects Specialist to support our team. In this role you’ll guide our l’atelier bespoke clients through their customer journey, from their first request to the creation of their custom-designed leather journal.
Your responsibilities:
You’ll coordinate the full customer journey for l’atelier bespoke projects
You’ll advise customers on our bespoke possibilities and guide them through our process
You’ll create clear and appealing visual mock-ups of custom designs and prepare the final project specifications for our leather designers
You’ll coordinate closely with our l’atelier production team, ensuring that all project details, measurements, colors, materials and special requests are accurately communicated and technically feasible
You’ll contribute to the development of the l’atelier bespoke service by identifying recurring customer needs and improving internal processes
You’ll collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets
Your profile:
Having a degree or educational background in art, design, marketing or a related field is a plus
Having experience in customer service, sales or a creative field is a plus
Ideally, you’ve experience with Adobe Illustrator, Procreate or similar digital tools
You’ve great drawing and visualization skills and can translate customer ideas into a clear and visual concept
You’re highly organized and detail oriented
You’ve excellent communication skills in English and German
You’ve a sense of ownership and like to work independently

A gross monthly salary of €2.200,- gross for 40 hours/week, with room for negotiation based on education and experience
